Guidelines, Limitations and Restrictions
Images should be sent in the highest resolution available to you. Low quality images may not yield the best results. Blurry or overexposed photos may not be fully restorable.
Provide clear and detailed instructions of what you expect of your end result photo (object removal, retouching, background replacement, photo restoration, lighting adjustments, upscaling, etc). If applicable, include reference photos with your request.
Only submit photos that you own or have permission to use. I do not alter copyrighted or professional images without the creator's consent. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have rights to use and modify the images submitted.
If an edit is beyond my capabilities, I will let you know upfront. All consultations are free to determine if high quality results can be provided.
No illegal content will be accepted. Unethical, misleading or inappropriate requests will be declined without further communication.
Terms of Service, Revisions and Approvals
Once an image is received and consultation is confirmed, standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of modifications. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Each order includes one free revision. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions include minor changes, major alterations may require an additional fee.
You must review and approve the final edit before delivery. Once approved, further changes will require an additional charge.
Full refunds are available only before work has begun. Partial refunds may be considered if work has begun but is incomplete. No refunds will be issued once the final edit is approved.
If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances you will be informed promptly and charges may be adjusted or waived.
Work will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Client retains ownership of their original image(s). However images and edits may be used in my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Submission of requests acknowledges that you have read and agree to the above outlined criteria. Failure to adhere to this criteria may result in service refusal.
